Job Title: Deputy Shop Manager – Wisbech Shop
Salary: £24,375 pa
Location: Unit 6, Cromwell Road Retail Park, PE14 0SL
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week over 5 flexible days (Monday to Sunday)
Annual Leave: 25 days increasing to 27 after 5 years’ service and 29 after 9years’ service + 8 days in lieu of public holidays (FTE)

Job Summary
To assist the Manager in maximising the contribution from the shop to Tapping House, focusing on income and stock generation. To manage the shop
volunteer teams by providing leadership, support and guidance in the Manager’s absence. To ensure that the shop is used to promote the Hospice and its activities.
