Challenge Events can be a brilliant way of pushing yourself to tick off those bucket list items as well as raising vital funds for our care. Taking part as a group is also a fantastic team building opportunity. From sky dives to marathons, we have a range of opportunities for teams or individuals.

Every step, every climb, every leap will help us provide compassionate care to those who need it most.

TTP Cambridge Half Marathon​

8th Mar 2026 – Midsummer Common, Cambridge​​

This fast and flat course starts and finishes on Victoria Avenue in the centre of Cambridge, with Midsummer Common as the event site. Previous courses have guided athletes from Midsummer Common through the city centre and have included exclusive access to four University of Cambridge colleges, providing breathtaking views and a glimpse of iconic landmarks not typically visible.

Royal Avenue, Bath​​

15th Mar 2026 – Royal Avenue, Bath

Take part in one of the UK’s most established road races – the Bath Half Marathon! Join 15,000 other runners on the flat, picturesque course and enjoy the electric atmosphere. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a total novice – this event is perfect for everyone.

Newmarket Half Marathon​​​

31st May 2026 – Rowley Mile Racecourse, Cambridge Road, Newmarket​​​

Challenge yourself on the undulating, fully closed roads of the Newmarket Half Marathon, a scenic and motivating route perfect for runners of all abilities. This chip-timed event starts and finishes at the iconic Newmarket Racecourse, offering a one-lap tarmac course with rolling countryside views.

Colchester Stampede 10K​​

17th May 2026 – Colchester Zoo, Maldon Rd, Heckfordbridge, Colchester​​

Come and run at Colchester Zoological Society, home to over 150 species and set in 60 acres of parkland and lakes!

The Zoo is proudly listed in the top 2 zoos in the UK and listed as the 11th best zoo around the world as part of the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Attractions.

Gear 10k​

3rd May 2026 – Tuesday Market Place, King’s Lynn​

If you’re after a fun fitness challenge in the picturesque setting of King’s Lynn, a historic Norfolk market town, then this one’s for you.

Each year, thousands of runners gather to take part in the Grand East Anglia Run (GEAR) 10K.

The wonderfully scenic route takes in the pretty town centre, River Ouse pathway and The Walks. Runners also pass famous landmarks such as the Custom House, Red Mount and Greyfriars Tower along the way.

Inflatable 5K – Huntingdon – 5K​

11th April 2026 – Huntingdon Racecourse, Thrapston Rd, Brampton, Huntingdon

Get ready to bounce your way through The World’s BIGGEST and most EPIC Inflatable Obstacle Course!

The Inflatable 5k Obstacle Course is coming to Huntingdon on Saturday 11th April 2026 and it’s going to be Epic! The obstacles are BIGGER, BOUNCIER and BETTER than ever before! You’ll be jumping, sliding and laughing all the way to the finish line. Grab your friends, family or tackle it on your own. Lace up your trainers and get ready for the ultimate day out!

Manchester Marathon – Waiting List

19th April 2026 – Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester

The adidas Manchester Marathon, the UK’s second largest marathon and one of Europe’s largest is an iconic event drawing participants from all over the world to the vibrant streets of Greater Manchester.

We pride ourselves in welcoming all to take on our 26.2 mile challenge, from some superb elite runners, to those who thought completing a marathon would never be possible. Many regular runners find this the ideal event to get a personal best time, whilst everybody finds the incredible Mancunian support throughout the course unforgettable.

Brighton Marathon – Waiting List

12th April 2026 – Preston Park, Brighton

The Brighton Marathon is one of the UK’s favourite 26.2-milers. With a stunning backdrop of the sea in one of the country’s most vibrant cities, the race gets bigger and better every year. Renowned for its buzzing atmosphere and roaring crowd support, the course winds through the city streets, finishing up on the spectacular Brighton seafront. The marathon is just one part of the Brighton Marathon Weekend, an event that also encompasses The Mini Mile Races, the BM10k and the Brighton Marathon Exhibition.

Sponsored Swim

This year why not do a sponsored swim for Tapping House. Either in King’s Lynn or Hunstanton we’re challenging you to swim for 60 minutes in teams of 6.

If you’re a sea swimmer, why not give this challenge ago at one of your favourite swimming spots off the Norfolk Coast !

Sky Dive…

This year why not do a Sponsored Sky Dive in Beccles. Jumping out of an aircraft at 13,000 feet and plunging down to earth at speeds of over 120 mph is a breath taking and intoxicating experience of a lifetime. If you want extreme, if you want extraordinary, there is no better thrill and its brilliant opportunity for team building.
