Niki Ellis
Chief Executive Officer
Niki is a registered nurse and has worked in hospices for the past 20 years. She is passionate about the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. She is known locally as a system leader and has held integrated leadership roles across local organisations providing palliative and end of life care.
Since becoming CEO in 2022, Niki has worked hard to position Tapping House as the lead provider of end-of-life care in our community and to ensure that our charity develops a sustainable income to enable its future success.
When she is not at work Niki enjoys paddle boarding and is committed to walking the full 630 miles of the Southwest Coastal Path, a challenge that she dedicates two weeks every year to, with her Husband and dog.
