Training and support

Browse our support for patients, relatives and our wider community below

We would like everyone to feel equipped to support one another during the difficult times. Whether you are a patient, a family member or a friend, we offer a supportive environment where you can find helpful resources, workshops, and shared experiences. Our workshops focus on different areas, but we offer them all as free resources to help you feel valued and prepared for the challenges ahead.

Compassionate Friends

We all know people who are going through a difficult time due to ill-health, care-giving, loss or bereavement. Becoming a Compassionate Friend will help to build the skills needed to help.

Preparing for the Final Chapter

An interactive workshop aimed at anyone who would like to feel more prepared to support someone close as they approach the end of life. You can learn more about these workshops by clicking below.

Planning For Future Care

Planning for the future is important for everyone regardless of their current health. It makes sure that everyone knows what you would want if you became sick enough that you couldn’t speak for yourself.
