With every raffle ticket purchased, you’ll be supporting the vital work of Tapping House, helping us be there for members of our community when they need us most. The cost of delivering our services has risen to over £7.3 million a year, and with only 22% funded through government sources, we rely heavily on the generosity of our community.
Every raffle ticket purchase truly matters and directly supports the continuation of our essential care.

Raffle Terms & Conditions
- Tapping House is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 38709.
- Persons responsible: Nicola Ellis and Samantha Loveday.
- Registered office: Tapping House, Wheatfields, Hillington, King’s Lynn, Norfolk PE31 6BH.
- Only persons over 18 years of age are permitted to enter the raffle.
- All payments must be made by a debit card, any payments made by credit card will not be entered into the draw.
- The maximum number of entries permitted is 100.
- If more tickets are purchased in error, or made using a credit card, we will take reasonable steps to notify the purchaser and issue a refund. Alternatively, purchasers can agree for their additional payment to be considered as a donation. If we are unable to contact you, your payment will be taken as a donation.
- Tapping House reserves the right not to accept entry into the raffle without giving reason and at our absolute discretion.
- We reserve the right to delay or temporarily suspend the draw in the following circumstances: Public holidays, software or systems failure or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Tapping House that prevents the draw from being executed. In the event that the draw is delayed, it will take place as soon as possible thereafter.
- The draw will take place on Monday 1st June. If you are one of our lucky winners, we will be in touch by Friday 5th June by either telephone or email to confirm where you would like your prize sent to.
- The cash prize will be paid by bank transfer within 2 weeks of the draw taking place. If you would like any further details regarding the draw, please contact the Fundraising Office on 01485 601701 or by email fundraisingteam@tappinghouse.org.uk. Postage of prizes will only be to a UK address.
- Tapping House cannot accept responsibility for any loss or delay of communication or payment or prizes sent by post or direct from a bank.
- Data held by Tapping House is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and will not be passed to, or sold to any other organisation.
- If you have a complaint about the Tapping House raffle, please contact the fundraising office at Tapping House, Wheatfields, Hillington, King’s Lynn, PE31 6BH or on 01485 601701. If the complaint cannot be resolved informally to your satisfaction, the Hospice’s Fundraising complaints procedure will come into operation.
- Tapping House reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
