Compassionate Friends Skills Workshop 27.02.26

12th January 2026 @ 9:30 am – 12:30 pm
Location: Zoom (Online)

The Planning ahead doesn’t have to be scary or difficult.

Why shouldn’t we talk about what we would like so that our final days and hours are as happy as they can be?

Thinking, talking, sharing, and writing down what is important to you about your future takes time and consideration.

It’s a way to focus on the things that matter most to you now and how that informs your wishes and priorities.

Becoming a Compassionate Friend will help to build the skills and confidence needed.

Our workshops cover:

– Understanding what a compassionate community is

– Dispelling myths and taboos about death and dying

– Communication skills and how to use them effectively

– Practical ways you can support or the offer of a friendly ear to make a difference

To attend book a free space below.

Venue: Zoom
