Shoppers can expect a boutique shop, right here on their high street. Our focus will be on clothing accessories and bric-a-brac and we already have a great range of stock ready to go.”

+  An item of good-quality furniture or prom dress worth £39 could pay for our Hospice at Home fleet to operate, enabling visits and patient collection.

In the past financial year, Tapping House shops generated an impressive profit of over £630,000, all of which went towards helping patients live life to the end and make the most of precious time with their families. The unique and exceptional services extend beyond our outstanding inpatient unit, with a dedicated outpatient unit (Tulip Centre) providing wonderful activities and individual support from Creative Arts, Wellbeing in Nature to the Men’s Woodwork groups. Helping patients to live well and cope with any life limiting conditions.

The exceptional Hospice at Home service allows patients to receive care in the comfort of their own homes. We also offer compassionate and sensitive support to families, including remarkable bereavement care, helping them navigate the challenges of losing a loved one.

The new shop would be delighted to receive donations of the following clean and good-quality goods to sell; clothing, bric-a-brac, toys, jewellery, DVDs/CDs/Vinyl, retro and vintage clothes and small electrical items.
