Register your group below by Monday 3rd November 2025 and we will send you all the information and resources you need.

Choose your date, time and venue for your Rudolph Run. Run, walk or even dance and collect sponsorships for taking part. There is no minimum sponsorship required. The length and distance of your event is up to you. Maybe a couple of laps around the field, a conga line through the corridors or sponsored walk in your local area! The choice is yours and is adaptable to include all the young people in your community.

Every child will be given a free set of antlers to wear during your Rudolph Run, sponsorship forms and promotional materials. We will include a letter outlining the event and its purpose for you to print on either your own letterhead or with our Rudolph Run branding to send home to parents/carers. Every participant will also receive a certificate to thank them for being a part of Rudolph Run 2025.

Once you have decided to join, Rudolph will visit, saying hello to your young people and delivering their antlers. We will work with you to visit at a time that is suitable for you. Please note Rudolph won’t be able to visit on the day of your run as it’s a busy time of year for him in the North Pole.
